Canada’s Only National Society
The Canadian Neurosurgical Society (CNSS) was developed in 1965 as Canada’s only national neurosurgical organization. It continues today bonding neurosurgeons and neurosurgical trainees spread out across Canada and throughout the world. The CNSS is proud to have created a community that excels in solidarity to help all members in the field of neuroscience. This website has been developed to provide members with a tool to communicate and collaborate through forums, blogs, news items and other secure social media. The CNSS strives to address issues common to all practising surgeons in Canada, including practice patterns, education, remuneration and the working environment. We strive to coalesce neurosurgeons across the country into a unified front of neurosurgical care.
